A Crowd Funded Development

Using ReVEST this project aims to provide spatial and financial equity in the Bronx neighborhood of the Melrose District. This redevelopment aims to unify the block while increasing the value of its associated land. We hope to add amenities such as providing rentable community program channels, senior center workshops, and childcare facilities. Aligned with the mission of ReVEST, we aim to disrupt the existing development value chain and create a virtuous cycle by making the Bronx community members equity investors in the development of their neighborhood.
